Our Second Home : Arthur's Place in Anilao
We have been visiting Arthur's Place countless of times for the past 4 years.
It has very livable, budget-friendly rooms with little patios around a grassy lawn. Our favorite is the family cottage that comes with a spacious terrace directly on the waterfront.
Arthur's Place has truly become our second home in Anilao and here are the reasons why:
1. We have been coming to Arthur's since before we had children. The staff has seen our family grow and met our extended family. We have brought Dad, Mom, and my brother here.
2. We have celebrated birthdays and milestones here. I came here when I was 8 months pregnant with Mateo. Mateo had his first dip in the ocean. Just before the lockdown, I celebrated my 35th birthday here.
3. We have been bringing the boys here even before they could walk. The boys love playing in the sand, on the grassy yard, on parked boats, with the dogs, Ates, and Kuyas.
4. True to our ocean-loving nature, we have snorkeled and explored its waters numerous times to see sea turtles, blacktip shark, big mouth trevally, octopus (during our night snorkeling!) to name a few.
