Sheer Paradise at Paradise Beach Resort
Growing up, my dad always brought us to Paradise Beach Resort. This was and still is my favorite resort in Davao.
Our recent visit here was extra special because we were accompanied by my entire family. We were complete because Lubos and I also celebrated our civil wedding.
Our ceremony was simple and short. It was done in the room of the judge. Interestingly, there was a power interruption so while everyone was exiting the building, Lubos and I with our family and closest friends were on our way inside.
After lunch, we headed to Paradise Island Resort.
We spent the entire afternoon swimming, even bringing our twin nieces, Alexa and Sophia to the deep end of the sea. (TRIVIA: In Paradise, our special spot is beyond the bamboo where most of the corals and fish are. The resort has done a great job in preserving that area.) You have to be a strong swimmer to be in that area because of the strong current but ever since we were little, our dad already brought us there and now, it's our turn to bring the twins.
It was one of the happiest days of my life.

We were having so much fun then it started to rain but that did not stop us. With the beach to ourselves, we played under the rain in the seawater - our laughters echoing in the entire resort.
It was one of the happiest days of my life.
